ダイアナとキャサリンの比較
ダイアナとキャサリンは、しばしば比較されます。
同じ「未来の女王」（ダイアナは後に離婚しましたが）という立場上、またキャサリンの夫がダイアナの長男であるという事情もあり、比較されてしまうのは、ある意味必然的なことなのかもしれません。

Comparison between Diana and Catherine
Diana is often compared with Catherine.
They are on the same position as a future queen although Diana got divorced later and also Catherine's husband is the eldest son of Diana, which might be inevitable to compared them.
Bothe Diana and Catherine have attracted attention as they look pretty and fashionable and also they are keen about charity activities as the common point.
Their Beauty and personality to help the weak are certainly common features for them.
However, there is a significant difference between them.
First of all, while Diana is from an aristocratic background, Catherine is from the middle class.
Since the class system is absolute in the UK, this difference seems significant.
The crucial difference is the relationships with their husbands.
The personality and idea are too different between Diana and Charles, so they did not go well.
On the other hand, Catherine had known William well for many years through the long-term relashionship.
The royal family are people who represent the country and the future royal couple would attract attentions much more.
So, obviously the good relationship is important for the royal couple in public services.
