私はロンドン在住経験のある、37歳、東京在住の女性です。

「若い」というにはちょっと年が行っていますが、幾つになっても理想の女性像を追い求める、ちょっと夢見る少女の部分が残っているかもしれません。

そんな私にとって、現代エレガンスの代表だと思えるのが、キャサリン妃です。
私は1996年〜1998年に英国に在住していたので、ダイアナ妃の死や当時のあどけないウィリアムの姿など、よく覚えています。
あの時の青年が、あんなに美しくて聡明な女性と、長年に亘り愛を育み、結婚したことについて、心から嬉しく思っています。
